Shipping policy

Delivery information

• We aim to process all orders within 1–2 days of receiving them and ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 1–2 working days
• Delivery included with each order
  

Important notes:

• Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday
• Orders placed during Bank Holidays and holiday periods will be dispatched the next working day
• You will receive delivery notification updates by text or email from Royal Mail. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays

Where we ship:

• We currently ship only to the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using tracked services
• We do not offer international delivery outside of the United Kingdom at this time
• Orders placed from unsupported countries will be cancelled and refunded

Need to amend your order? 

You’ve got 30 minutes after ordering to request changes. We will try to accommodate changes, but this is not always possible.
